Nocturne

I don't know why, but if you don't mind my saying, there's something about the character that looks vaguely familiar. o_O Kind of like a relative to someone in your cast... I could be wrong, though, so.... XD But this is absolutely gorgeous!! o.o This picture really grasps a good fixation of ambiance, influenced by purple to give it a distinct atmosphere of sorts... perhaps one of power, coldness? I'm unsure... But I just love the purple flames, and how they seem to revolve around the character in a way, as well as the shading applied to both body mass and features in a way that gives it good dimension, and the scales are a nice touch. ^_^ The glowing eye, a stark contrast to all else in this picture, seems to stand out beautifully, while not clashing garishly with the rest of the image. And if I might be so inclined as to add, I just adore this dragon's design. Marvelous work, as always!
