This is a beautiful character! ^_^ I think I might have forgotten who Vapor is - was it a character I saw a while back of similar aquatic proportions? o.O -, but I love the gentle shade of blue that has a mild, silvery-touch, and yet never once makes the overall concept seem dull. I also like the garments embossed with pearls and shells to define the elemental disposition of said character, and the facial design - especially the horn on its head. It reminds me of a narwhal. But I think what I like most is the design of the tail, with the golden spores elevating between the curled barbs of the tail fin. (In addition, I noticed the ridge outside the underbelly glows. Nice touch. )

If this is the first concept, then I'll be eagerly awaiting the next in the future. ^_^
